StatsNext Subscription Terms

Effective date: October 15, 2026

About these Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid StatsNext Pro subscriptions. They are part of, and supplement, the StatsNext Terms of Use. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a subscription matter, these Subscription Terms apply. The StatsNext Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

StatsNext Pro subscriptions are available in three ways: on the StatsNext website (statsnext.com), where payment is processed by Stripe; in the StatsNext Android app, where purchases are made through Google Play, which handles payment; and in the StatsNext iOS app, where purchases are made through the Apple App Store, which handles payment. A Google Play purchase is also subject to Google Play’s terms, an App Store purchase is also subject to Apple’s terms for App Store purchases, and a website purchase is also subject to the terms shown at Stripe’s checkout.

Free and Pro

StatsNext offers a Free plan at no cost and StatsNext Pro as a paid subscription. Free includes a limited amount of research each day and limits on watchlist items, active alerts, saved scanner views, alert history and scanner results. Pro removes those limits for the features described in the app. The current features and limits of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Pro does not add data StatsNext does not have: sections whose data source is not active are marked as such on every plan. Features may change over time, as described below.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

StatsNext Pro is offered as:

  • a monthly subscription, at $19.99 per month; and
  • an annual subscription, at $179.99 per year.

These are U.S. prices. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you confirm a purchase: on the website, on the StatsNext subscription page and on Stripe’s checkout page; on Android, in the app and by Google Play; on iOS, in the app and by the App Store. The price shown at that time is the price you pay.

3-day free trial

A 3-day free trial of Pro may be offered to eligible new subscribers. On the website, a trial is offered only to a StatsNext account for which we have no record of a previous StatsNext Pro subscription or trial, whether on the website, Google Play or the App Store; the subscription page shows whether a trial is available to your account and the date it would end. On Android, eligibility is determined by Google Play (generally one trial per Google Play account, for people who have not subscribed to StatsNext Pro before), and the app shows the trial only when Google Play offers it to you. On iOS, eligibility is determined by the App Store (generally one introductory offer per Apple Account, for people who have not subscribed to StatsNext Pro or used its introductory offer before), and the app shows the trial only when the App Store reports that you are eligible.

  • A payment method is required to start the trial.
  • During the trial you have full Pro access.
  • When the trial ends, it converts automatically into the paid subscription you selected, and you are charged its price, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends: in Account > Manage billing on the website, in Google Play for an Android purchase, or in your Apple Account subscription settings for an iOS purchase.

Automatic renewal and recurring charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. At the end of each billing period, monthly or annual, the subscription price is charged for another period of the same length, until you cancel: by Stripe to the payment method you added at checkout (website subscriptions), by Google Play to the payment method on your Google Play account (Android subscriptions), or by Apple to the payment method on your Apple Account (iOS subscriptions).

To stop the next renewal, cancel before the current period ends; we recommend canceling at least 24 hours before. The payment provider may begin processing a renewal charge shortly before the period ends.

Canceling

Website subscriptions: you can cancel at any time in the StatsNext web app under Account > Manage billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. There you can also see your plan and next billing date, update your payment method and view your billing history. Android subscriptions: you can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscription settings (Google Play > Payments & subscriptions); the app’s “Manage subscription” option opens those settings. iOS subscriptions: you can cancel at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings (on iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions); the app’s “Manage subscription” option opens those settings. StatsNext cannot cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription for you, and website billing tools cannot manage a Google Play or App Store subscription.

  • Deleting or uninstalling the StatsNext app, or closing the website, does not cancel your subscription.
  • After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for (or the end of your free trial), and the subscription does not renew. A refunded, revoked or voided purchase is different: Pro access from it may end immediately.
  • When that period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your watchlist, alerts and other settings remain, but Free plan limits apply again, so items above those limits may stop working until you are back within them.

Failed payments, billing retry and grace periods

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge and may ask you to update your payment method. Website subscriptions: Pro remains available for up to 7 days from the start of the unpaid billing period while Stripe retries the payment; if the payment has not been completed by then, Pro is paused until it succeeds, and if it is not completed the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Android subscriptions: where Google Play provides a grace period, you may keep Pro access while it retries; otherwise Pro may be paused until the payment succeeds. iOS subscriptions: where the App Store provides a billing grace period, you may keep Pro access while Apple retries; otherwise Pro may be paused until the payment succeeds. Retry and grace periods for Google Play are controlled by Google Play, not by StatsNext, and those for the App Store are controlled by Apple. If the payment is not completed, the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

Your account, devices and restoring purchases

Pro is attached to the StatsNext account you are signed in to when you subscribe, and is available on any device where you sign in to that same account. A store subscription can be linked to only one StatsNext account.

A website subscription is linked to the StatsNext account that was signed in at checkout and cannot be moved to another account. Pro from a website subscription is available in the StatsNext apps when you sign in with that account; there is nothing to restore.

For Android subscriptions: if you reinstall the app or move to a new device on the same Google Play account, use “Restore purchases” in the app to reconnect your subscription. Restoring finds purchases made with your Google Play account; it cannot transfer a subscription to a different Google Play account or another store.

For iOS subscriptions: if you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in to the same Apple Account, use “Restore purchases” in the app to reconnect your subscription. Restoring finds purchases made with your Apple Account; it cannot transfer a subscription to a different Apple Account or another store.

Switching between monthly and annual

StatsNext does not currently offer switching between the monthly and annual subscriptions, on the website or in the app. If Google Play or the App Store offers a change in its subscription settings, it is handled under that store’s rules, including when the change takes effect and how any remaining time or charges are treated, and those details are shown by the store before you confirm. StatsNext does not set proration or credit rules for store subscriptions.

Refunds

Website subscriptions: payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact StatsNext support within 30 days of the charge so we can review it. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Android subscriptions: payments are processed by Google Play, and refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Whether any refund is available, including for a partially used period, depends on those policies and the law.

iOS subscriptions: payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are made to Apple and handled under Apple’s refund policies and applicable law. Whether any refund is available, including for a partially used period, depends on those policies and the law.

If a purchase is refunded, revoked, voided, disputed or charged back, Pro access from it may end immediately and your account returns to the Free plan.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. A price change applies to an existing subscription only from a renewal after notice. Website subscriptions: we will email the address on your StatsNext account at least 30 days before the new price applies, or longer where required by law. Android subscriptions: notice is given through Google Play as its rules require, and in some cases Google Play will ask you to accept the new price before it applies. iOS subscriptions: notice is given by Apple as its rules require, and in some cases Apple will ask you to accept the new price before it applies. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Taxes

Prices may not include applicable taxes. Website subscriptions: any tax StatsNext charges on your purchase is shown at checkout before you pay. Android subscriptions: Google Play calculates and collects any sales or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, based on your location and its rules. iOS subscriptions: Apple calculates and collects any sales or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, based on your location and its rules.

Deleting your StatsNext account

Website subscriptions: deleting your StatsNext account tells Stripe to stop your subscription from renewing, so you are not charged again; any remaining paid time ends with the deleted account. Android subscriptions: deleting your StatsNext account does not cancel your Google Play subscription, and Google Play may continue to charge you; cancel the subscription in Google Play before or after deleting your account. iOS subscriptions: deleting your StatsNext account does not cancel your App Store subscription, and Apple may continue to charge you; cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings before or after deleting your account. After deletion, Pro access tied to the deleted account cannot be recovered. Stripe, Google Play and Apple keep their own records of your payments under their own policies and legal obligations.

Changes to Pro

StatsNext is evolving. We may add, change or remove features, sports, data sources or limits, including those included in Pro, and we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available for the life of your subscription. If we make a material change that reduces Pro for existing subscribers, we will give notice in the app, and you can cancel as described above.

Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms. We will post the updated terms in the app with a new effective date and, for material changes, give additional notice before they take effect. Changes to price follow the price-change section above.
