Contacting StatsNext
Email support@statsnext.com. Include the email address of your StatsNext account if you have one.
In the app, open Account (the button at the top right), then Contact Support. You can send a request with or without an account and you get a reference number when it is received. Signed-in accounts can follow their requests in My Support Requests.
The StatsNext Android app is available on Google Play. The iOS app is coming soon.
Account help
StatsNext works without an account. A free account keeps your watchlist, alerts, saved views and preferences across devices. To create an account or sign in, open Account (the button at the top right).
Subscription help
StatsNext Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription on statsnext.com, with payment processed by Stripe: sign in to the web app and choose a plan. It is also available in the StatsNext Android app, billed through Google Play. Eligible new subscribers may get a 3-day free trial (a payment method is required). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Pro works on the website and in the app wherever you sign in to the same account. Subscriptions are not yet available in the iOS app. See the Subscription Terms.
Website subscriptions: manage your plan, payment method and invoices, or cancel, in the web app under Account > Manage billing. Deleting your StatsNext account stops a website subscription from renewing.
Android subscriptions: cancel any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. If you reinstall or change devices, use Restore purchases in the app. Deleting the app or your StatsNext account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Privacy and account deletion
You can delete your StatsNext account at any time, in the app or on the web at statsnext.com/delete-account. In the app:
- Open Account
- Go to Privacy
- Choose Delete account
Deletion removes your account and the data saved with it, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@statsnext.com. Deleting the app does not delete your account. If you used StatsNext as a guest, you can clear data on your device from Account, then Privacy, then Clear data on this device.
Technical support
If something looks wrong, such as a statistic, a price or a screen that does not load, use Report a data issue on the research screen where you saw it, or Contact Support in the app. Include the player, team or game and what you expected to see.
